to replace meat with high protein substitutes?
my problem is that I do not stare at the iron, am probably currently anemic, do not eat meat, am not a fan of chickpeas, soy beans etc and do not cook often (student).
I therefore fall back on substitutes such as gerlinéa high-protein yoghurt bars since this seems to solve a number of problems with my diet.
I know that basically it’s more to lose weight, I’m not against losing a few pounds (170 for 66kg) but that’s not my main concern. (it’s more for ease!)
I would like to know what what does the term high protein mean how it is obtained and if it can be bad if i consume it continuously once or twice a day.
Thanks in advance!
hello, it is true that these substitutes are dedicated to the diet. Do you eat fish and eggs? you can also eat soy protein. I do not think, but it is personal, that it is good to eat only substitutes like Gerlinea. You need to diversify your diet. Even the ham, does it not work?
I sometimes eat fish eggs qd I eat self-service and soy (rarely!) and otherwise I am a vegetarian so the ham very little for me … but very often I go back to these substitutes for lack of time, from that I want to settle down (in addition it’s sweet ^^) and then I tell myself since it’s in different forms it must diversify a little even …
