too much protein ?? advice
I am brand new to the forum and have a few questions.
I am currently preparing for a sports competition for a little over 2 months, and to do this, I am
dieting with a lot of sports.
In addition to that, to help me during my recovery phases, I take proteins of the type:
The seller of the store who sold it to me talks to me about 30 to 45 tablets / day.
On the box it is specified to take about 4comp 3x / day (i.e. 12 tablets / day)
Knowing that 4 tablet represents approximately 4.5g of protein, if I do the math, if I listen to the manufacturer’s recommendations, that
would make 13.5g of protein / day.
I wonder if it is not a little light.
If on the other hand I take about 40 tablets / day that would make about 45g of protein / day.
Do you think there is a real health risk if I take about 40 tablets / day for about
15 to 20 days?
FYI, I am currently between 72 and 75kgs.
