use of EO ylang ylang
hello, can we take a drop of ylang ylang plus a drop of officinal lavender in a teaspoon of honey (so internally by absorbing it) these are essential oils and you have to be careful I think, or whatever. has one already taken? thank you for your answers and information
and what do you take that for?
hello, it’s to be taken for ‘too much tension’ advised by daniele festy pharmacist in her book 100reflexes aromatherapie @ +
hello, um … I don’t have a lot of answers !!
Why not ? Try, as long as they are edible, I don’t see where the problem is. Up to 5 drops 3x per day, no more.
Ylang-Ylang is not a particularly interesting ET internally. But very relaxing at 5 to 10% in a massage oil.
You must always be very careful when taking essential oils orally. Only a doctor specializing in aromatherapy can take this responsibility.
On the other hand, the bud of hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) is ambivalent since it normalizes the tension that it is at the beginning of a hypo or a hypertension. Due to its balancing action, it can be taken over long periods.
if you talk about hypertension be careful do not do like me I tried to treat myself with natural medicine but it did not succeed at all I ended up with a peak at 19 !! not to mention the tachycardia .. .direction cardiologist with a long-term treatment … if you speak of tension stress
K as said isabelle-zen be careful anyway I am a “natural” I use he only externally (hair, skin etc ..)
