Vitamin D deficiency, and high creatine
For 9 years my hair has stopped growing and remains the same length, my doctor told me that it is surely due to the iron frame.
So I decided to take vitamins and eat bleeding my hair became more beautiful … except that during the confinement
They became again how before, I lose them a lot.
So I did a general assessment which showed that I have
1: vitamin D2 and D3 at 14ng instead of 30ng
2: CREATINE PHOSPHOKINASE at 1199Ui instead of 167
I walk a lot, I pay attention to what I eat and in addition I take the vitamins (biotin, vitamin DAE B1. B6, b12 ….)
Is it serious what I have?
While waiting for my doctor’s return in a week, I wanted your opinions.
Eat healthy? That is to say? Synthetic vitamins and supermarket food?
If that’s it, personally, it’s not healthy at all. Especially processed products shielded with chemicals of all kinds for preservation, to add flavor, to color …
Nothing better than to cook basic foods of good quality yourself. Fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, flour, butter, milk … that you cook yourself. At least you know what you eat. ✌
