Vitamins difference in pharmacies / supermarkets
I would have liked to have an opinion.
I have been taking vitamins / minerals sold in supermarkets for years.
I take it regularly because an operation on my stomach no longer allows me to have a balanced diet.
I had to be re-operated on the stomach and I was advised to take a good vitamin cure before this heavy intervention.
So I went to a pharmacy this time to buy my mineral vitamins.
with my supermarket vitamins where it says “100% of the recommended daily allowance” I have nevertheless been sleeping for years with disturbed sleep … I am tired during the day and I have never seen any improvement in my body. have tested several different brands
with the pharmacy vitamins, I get a very good sleep, a hell of a peach during the day, I am hungry and eat … but then hello the inconveniences: nausea, the urge to vomit, dizziness in the 4 -5 hours after taking it …
so I would like to know if the vitamins in pharmacies are better than those in supermarkets knowing that I always take very complete vitamins … with the maximum of vitamins and minerals “and that it is always marked that it brings 100% of the ajr …
obviously question asked to the pharmacy – answer: in pharmacy it is much better … in the supermarkets it’s junk !!
I would have liked to have other opinions ….
hello I saw your vitamin worries, in fact I take vitamins and other things to have the fishing but it is plant-free and it is actually cheaper … I bought it from a particular.
It works very well on anyway, in terms of the pharma that I tried as well as the supermarket, I believe that it is true there is an important difference.
