We are ALL deficient
fruits and vegetables have been so processed and cultivated in impoverished land for a long time, that even trying to eat healthy one is deficient.
For my part, I drink an organic fruit juice every day which represents 50% of the vitamin needs of the day.
Apart from that I take a food supplement every day with everything we need.
Otherwise, two hot meals a day, no sugar, no animal fat, but pasta galore and unscrupulous!
We should eat fruit but I don’t like it.
So, I take things in addition.
It is illusory today not to miss any element.
Oh, I forgot: I drink tap water, with us it is good and bottled water has microbes, bacteria, etc etc due to the fact that it has been stored and sometimes in the heat.
the organic vegetables in your organic juice are the same as you will find in supermarkets.
It’s true that industrial food (found in supermarkets) is sometimes scary.
Hello,
Your diet, as you present it, is quite unbalanced and can (in the long term) lead to cancer.
Indeed, the food flour (too refined) of pasta contains proto-oncogenes which in high doses increase the risk of cancer significantly.
Yours truly!
Better a good Ultravitamins then !!

I have agreed for about thirty years that we no longer have on our plates the necessary nutrients that the cells need for our body to function properly for me I have been taking nutritional supplements since December I am nourishing my body optimally with high quality nutrients and I have had very good results on colopathy and my daughter with allergies, when you give the body everything it needs, you find that it is capable of incredible performance a lot many people forget it
I have found a balance that suits me well. My diet is centered around organic vegetables, organic fruits, organic animal proteins (easy for eggs, dairy products and chicken, less easy to find at a reasonable price for red meats), a few sardines and wild salmon and a little bit of starchy foods, especially basmati rice. But I said goodbye to sugar, wheat and additives like nitrites and flavor enhancers. I love reading labels (I find it fun!) So it’s totally manageable! Oh yes and I love raw milk! Much better for your health than pasteurized milk.
In fact, I try to swallow the most nutrients without clogging my (really fragile) liver with all the chemicals
one can find in current food.
And finally, I complete all this with food supplements because despite my efforts, I still have deficiencies, especially in b6, zinc and magnesium. I buy them in the USA (www.iherb.com, promo code LUC391) and it costs me much less than if I bought them in France…
In short, I am for a return to our eating habits of 100 years ago! I would love to have my vegetable garden, my fruit trees and a few goats… Maybe one day! I still miss the baker’s croissants!
