I would like you to help me find a diet to gain 8 kg in 1 month, my return to school is September 2. My mother bought me some very nice T-shirts but my arms are very small. And in addition she vx put me in the pentacour and I have chicken feet.

Don’t try to beat weight gain records in just a month. Think long term.
Start weight training in earnest at the start of the school year with a weight gain program. You will be able to gain up to 12 kgs in a year.
totally agree, 7 kg in 1 month is not the best for your health. Set yourself a progressive goal, over several months. There are bodybuilding programs all over the web but I recommend the one that seems to me well suited to the beginner:
