I am 21 years old and I measure 170 cm for 51 kg. I have been trying to gain weight for years and I have never gained 1kg … I eat quite normally. I practiced a little bit of bodybuilding which allowed me to “draw” my abs and very slightly the pecs. But since then I have only stagnated. I would like to take a little mass. I am more and more interested in weight gainer and I would like to know if someone could advise me on it please? (doses, products … etc)
I was also wondering, in how long I could hope to gain at least 7 kilo?

7 kg I would say that it takes 4/5 months with a suitable diet, a varied training and an appropriate supplement.
For the muscles you need at least 4 session / week by doubling the big muscles style pecs, legs and back
At the diet level I have a prog made by my diet for my brother who wants to take 4kg I can pass it to you
For nutrition you can start with the mass gain of futurelab which contains 40gr of whey per 100gr. c is a good gainer
