What are the sweeteners without aspartame, other than stevia?
I’m getting lost in the sweeteners; and I don’t understand it.
they say aspartame is bad.
Until a few months ago I bought organic sugar (a kind of natural sweetener) made from cane sugar (wholesome sweetners organic zero) from New York. There was nothing better, it tasted the same as real cane sugar.
But they stopped production because it cost them too much … suddenly, they offer a natural sugar based on
erythriol . Is it considered for aspartame or is it better?
Can you give me names of sweets that don’t contain aspartame or stevia (I hate the taste). I thank you in advance
I’ll order some and tell you how Erythriol tastes!
Oh yes, stevia is a horror! How can some people like this aftertaste? lol
Yes, I was in New York for a few months, and, I wanted to start a little diet, I was in the sugar section of an organic store, I was looking for sweets, and I came across a packet claiming that sugar was cane but O% and not caloric …. I was a little skeptical but it looked the same as normal sugar … I bought and it was REVELATION, same taste and almost the same texture than cane sugar. I had even brought it back to a few friends in France.
But as luck would have it, production stops because extracting a sugar like this (organic in addition) costs much more than a non-organic product based on another product.
So I’m a little lost with all the sugars we offer in France but which taste really weird.
I’ll try the same non-organic brand as the old erythriol-based one, and if the taste and texture are good, I’ll be sure to let you know and give you the link to order ^^
