What diet after a fracture of the femur?
Hello, I am 21 years old, I weigh 80 kilos, and I have been immobilized for a month by a very serious fracture of the femur. My normally very high sports activity (40 minutes of cycling every day, training of various sports 3 times 2 hours per week, plus the bonuses on weekends) is currently reduced to 0. My goal is for my bone to regenerate on it. as quickly as possible, lose as little muscle mass as possible, and don’t replace muscle with fat, I’m looking for information on the best diet to adopt. I have heard everything and its opposite about diets fortified with calcium, and I wasted soot. Can anyone help me ?
Well you will melt. it is inevitable and you go where to melt elsewhere according to plan.
Prolonged immobilization, pain, lack of exercise.
* Vitamins c, magnesium, calcium (milt) and of course painkillers at night.
Good luck, this will recover without worry, especially at your age.
