Other than sports and coffee, what do you do for energy?
I heard that the ginseng was very good. Have you ever tried?
Otherwise what do you take?
Personally I like the effect of coffee on me (even if it is not energizing enough) but it lasts very little (1 hour or less) and afterwards I have heartburn: S
Apart from sports and coffee I would say vitamins and therefore eat more fruit.
The coffee is good but without overdoing it, otherwise the ginseng is very good to give the wine. Agree with Karibu for vitamins and fruits.
