good evening to all here I intend to take food supplement associated with a clean diet made by a dietitian specializing in sports (I have been doing this diet for a few months and I no longer see many results)
In addition to the diet I do 4 hours of sport 4 to 5 times a week combining cardio and weight training.

4 to 5 hours per week, you should increase the frequency of your workouts before leaning into food supplements which will not be of any use to you I think.

First of all on Monday cardio pec / triceps I get up 5:30 am I eat nothing since it is impossible for me in the morning I vomit everything (in short let’s move on) the time to prepare myself 6 hours in the gym (I don’t even have it at 2 mins on foot) 35 / 40mn cardio with a force 8 elliptical bike with a good rhythm then weight training until 8h, at 10h green tea without sugar 13h lunch 150g cooked dough (I think going to complete dough) 400 of steamed vegetables and 200g of meat, poultry or fish for dessert a fruit generally an apples.
2 p.m. return to the gym there I still do cardio (this is not taken by storm by women coming 2 months before the beach) otherwise 30 minutes of rpm with a coach on the tv then until 4 p.m. muscle group that in the morning 4 p.m. I take nuts almonds and cottage cheese 18 to 8 p.m. I play football at 8:30 p.m. tomato salad tuna (usually 100g tin) ham 400g steamed vegetables 200g
Tuesday same schedule except that I do cardio back biceps no football in the evening to eat it is almost the same thing I can vary by cooking the vegetables in the hair with olive oil no starch in the evening and cheese white before sleeping
Wednesday rest but us foot on the beach with the friends just to run a little on the sand.
Thursday cardio shoulders and I redo the triceps
Friday cardio leg and in the evening foot us Saturday Sunday rest and Saturday evening cheat meal
