what kind of protein to take ..?
I would like to be an adviser to guide my choice on such or such type of food supplement ..
I am an athlete at a good level, practicing bodybuilding for several years.
I had to put sport aside in favor of studies (medicine requires) for a year.
Suffice to say that I have lost precious kilos ..
I have to do a tournament this summer and must therefore return to my best level ..
I therefore plan a month (in June of intensive fitness with bodybuilding and running program) and I would like to be advised on which protein to take to help me gain (regain) weight?
advance for your wise advice
To build muscle, you have to take the three branched amino acids that are VALINE, LEUCINE and ISOLEUCINE … these AAs are extracted from the proteins of little milk or whey proteins.
but could you be more concrete and give me some brand names please?
Proteins that are good enough if possible ..
without being too harmful to health ..
“Whey Blade Pro” if you want pure prot or “Gainer HT” if you want bulk.
I just looked at the two brands you offered me, and for the Gainer HT it seems that the taste is terrible and that it is not that effective.
When with whey blade pro apparently it is better to take whey isolate?
The taste is super good on this gainer !!! Anyway, with some exceptions, the tastes are pretty good on most of the gainers that I tested. It’s like the guys who don’t like nutella, it exists but there are not many
For whey isolate you will pay more for nothing if you are not lactose intolerant.
If you want to regain weight, a gainer is more indicated in 2-3 snacks in addition to your diet to calculate according to your “need / expense” ratio. There are whey protein in the gainers and depending on your needs take a gainer with a protein-carbohydrate ratio of 30-70 or 50-50. (muscletch, dymatize, Xcore, Nutrabolic for example) the 4 have good taste, good mixability, well dosed. On the other hand, unless you only have 2-3 kgs to regain, gaining more weight in just 1 month is bad for your health.
In fact, I’m starting to wonder if it wouldn’t be more interesting for me to take a protein for muscle definition.
I’m doing a 5-a-side rugby tournament on sand, and I plan to work hard on explosiveness / endurance to be able to to be “in a cane” during the tournament ..
But at the same time I have never been very strong and the sand rugby players are often very “athletic” .. So at the level of the physical impact of the endurance it risks to be hot ..
What do you think is the best solution?
