What supplements and what are your results?
For more than 4 months now, I have gained weight
without really knowing what it could come from ….
I am not a big eater (so rare when I get a meal), if I want to snack I try to eat something healthy (no sweets, crisps -> from time to time but not a lot) ….
I would like to take a supplement that could help me eliminate these pounds
