What to eat …
Here I am doing sport every week – 1 hour of strengthening and 1 hour of stepping in a row – only I come home about 1 hour before going to my sport, so I have to digest as much as possible! …
I would like you to advise me on a typical snack that would allow me to have enough energy to last 2 hours and not to eat afterwards (which I am not doing even now because I am too tired when I arrive !!!!).

Well if you want to gain muscle, you should therefore favor products containing protein.
I therefore recommend 0% cottage cheese (about 150-180gr without adding sugar) + a fruit cut into small pieces (preferably an apple or a pear … fairly low in calories).
It’s fresh and it will help you regain your energy without cracking down on junk food!
Thank you for your answer, I will opt for that (but the yogurt will replace the fromage blanc because I don’t like it!) Or a pasta dish at noon !!!
