I would like your opinion on a difficult choice
I am in “phase” of weight gain, I have changed my diet which has become healthier and better proportioned in carbohydrates and proteins (White Cheeses, Oatmeal, Fruits dried, …), I have a 12-week bodybuilding program.
And I would like to buy Whey to help me take protein but I don’t know which one to choose
My goal is not to become a body bulb but just to gain mass and therefore weight because I currently weigh 50kg for 1m75 .. ..
and I hesitate between normal whey and pro whey.
Could you help me make the right choice.
