Whey before training + Diffuse protein after?
I am an 18 year old male. I am 1m80 and weigh only 65kg.
I would like to gain muscle mass. Here is what I envision, what do you think:
Bodybuilding 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) + Jogging on Saturday.
I plan to take Whey 30min before weight training and jogging and take diffuse protein 1h after training (I will train in the evening).
So 3 X protein per week: Fast protein 30 min before training and slow protein 1 hour after.
Is it a good choice ? Or is it better to take Whey before AND after training (eg 30min before and just after) and take diffuse protein every night before going to bed?
I want to take protein to gain muscle mass and have well-designed muscles.

Hi, I take the whey after my workout because just before that you get heavier (or take it well before your workout)
you can take it twice a day but at this time take it in the morning (between meals) and in the evening (it all depends on the time you train ??)
I go to UNiversal they have very good products!
Same for vitamin supplements, what can be good for you are amino acids, “basic product”.
for your joints try the very effective Jointment Sport or the Shark Cartilage!
