Whey does it lose weight?
Here I am not in the habit of writing on the forums, but there it is too long that I am looking for solutions.
I am a professional dancer, I take about 4 hours of lessons per day, and as you know this profession requires an almost irreproachable figure!
So I bought my first pot of 100% Whey (24g of protein) knowing that it will help me develop my muscles. However, not having either want to look like Rocky, I rather seek to have an elongated musculature and especially to lose weight !!!!!
How to take replaces, replaces meals, and above all helps to lose weight. If this is not the case, my most important question is: What food supplement to buy, which does not tire, which does not replace meals and above all, which does not gain double the kilos once stopped !!!! !

A bit late response (you have no doubt obtained the desired information since …), but I still take the trouble to enlighten you on certain points. Whey certainly does not make you fat, that’s for sure! It is just whey protein, filtered and made into a powder. It will be used to recover after your workouts and to draw you, even to strengthen you. But to say that you could lose weight … Look at the nutritional information on your pot, and check what is the dose of carbohydrates (“carbs” in English) contained in a dose. It does not exceed 6 grams, in general, which is very small. On the other hand, it will not replace a meal! There are some proteins that can be more or less a substitute (“Lean Dessert” from BSN, for example),but I advise you to always eat real foods, while having taken care to concoct a little nutrition plan according to your needs and objectives.
