Whey, does it work ???
I have been working out for quite a while with small stops pplus or less long. Nothing to say, there’s a difference, but I tend to gain weight more by losing my definition but while being muscular, and it stagnates, it progresses slowly.
I am not taking any dietary supplements, and I would like to know if it is really worth taking whey as a supplement to improve my physique a bit? many say it is one of the best supplements.
thank you in advance
After 2 years on average, you start to experience a little stagnation.
You can alleviate this problem by changing your training as well as your diet, notably by taking in more calories.
Whey is useful for adding 25-50gr of protein during the day. In addition, it can be taken anywhere in a thermos.
And the biological value is much higher than in beef, for example, so you will have more results for the same amount of protein. Inquire here for more info

Without a doubt, Whey protein remains an excellent choice for a dietary supplement, but be careful not all proteins are created equal and the quality varies a lot depending on the brand. I chose
Whey Plus which has a very good quality / price ratio and in addition it is a French brand which guarantees compliance with French and European standards and labels regulations.
