whey or gainer
What is the difference between whey and gainer?
The major difference is that the gainer contains roughly 3x more carbohydrate and 3x less protein. (good after it is case by case with the brands) The gainer is better suited to people with a fast metabolism (a rather lean morphology at the base)
Ok so me who am rather dry it is better to gain a gainer to gain muscle mass?
While keeping a good diet:
Well a priori yes, but being rather dry or a little thin does not necessarily mean that you have a faster metabolism (it can be linked to other gastrointestinal factors for example), it also depends in which As you want to develop your muscle mass, in any case if you gain weight (other than muscle) too quickly or suddenly, it is better to switch to whey and review your diet. (even if you intended to do a dry after) You have to test anyway …
Otherwise, it is better to be at least 17-18 years old to consider a mass gain in this way, because in the case where your growth is not ended, you risk adipocyte hyperplasia which would make you vulnerable to overweight and obesity throughout your life.
ok thank you for your response.
I am 29 years old and I will therefore test with a gainer because I have always had trouble gaining weight.
It must be said that before I smoke and I drank and since I quit I took a normal physique with almost 10 kg more but now I continue to stagnate at the same weight.
Another point that remains unclear is the quantity.
For months which is 1.75m for 67 kg I eat normally with an ancas in the morning and the after (I pence to eat balanced) exercises of muscu Monday, Wednesday and Friday, how much and how often is a gainer taken? (how many measuring spoons?)
