Whey protein advice (ea fit)

Well, it’s been 3 years since I practice bodybuilding seriously without any dietary supplement.
I’m pretty sated with the result before I was very thin (45kg for 1m72 now 65kg for 1m77)
But when I see the people who started the weight training later than me who are better off with protein powder it is quite angry …
I have already heard it said that with food supplements we take faster but we lose muscles faster when we stop training after several months than if we train without supplement.
is it true?
And if you have advised me of whey food supplements, this intersport (ea fit) is good for the body and for progress.
