WHEY protein right for me?
I have been doing fitness for 2 months (4 to 5 times a week) and I measure 1m91 for 93 kilos.
I started to take “WHEY protein” about 3 days ago and I ask myself a small question: Is this product suitable for my needs? my goal is to sculpt myself (draw my muscles …) and not to gain pounds.
Can this product be beneficial given my profile? What will be the effects on my body if I combine taking this protein with regular fitness sessions? will I gain pounds? or can it help me to sculpt and build muscle? (but without gaining weight and even losing it if possible by “transforming” my fat into muscle)
