I had the agreement of my gym coach to use a food supplement of 90%, that said I have trouble translating the instructions for use.
30Gr in the morning it’s sure. Then he says possibly in the middle of the morning, before training and after training without specifying the quantity … should I consider 30gr at each dose?
Any advice for use?
Ba actually it depends on when is your training too.
For example, I took it in the morning, and since I trained around 1 p.m. I took the second 40 minutes before training and the third at the end of training.
And a 30g scoop each time for 250ml of water.
And a little bit of cottage cheese before bed to prevent muscle catabolism at night!
