Whey swimming without bodybuilding
Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. I hope this is the correct one.
I’m 27 years old. I swim twice a week for 2 hours.
Not being fat (I have rather lean muscles) I am afraid of “melting” if I continue like this.
In short, to solve the problem, I decided to take whey after workouts and the next morning (it’s 4 times / week). 2 weeks later I can already feel the results on the back muscles.
My question is: without working out, don’t I risk turning into a pig by continuing with whey
Are there any side effects of taking Whey?
PS: I am 27 years old
Whey is just protein … no side effects unless you eat 3kilos per day.
With swimming you don’t risk turning into a pig lol.
