I recently started working out and I was told to take whey, BCaa capsule (powdered, the taste is terrible I was told) and creatine.
Only here, I have no idea which brand to buy, there are hundreds of them.
Which ones stand out?

Buy yourself products from the BSN range. One of the best brands.
Mostly one of the more expensive, too.
I suggest as a prot: a tin of tuna mixed with a little cottage cheese, not good but effective.
in bcaa: well you eat it every day in meat, fish, cereals ……….; but I agree that sometimes you have to supplement yourself: take any which, you will see, you won’t have bigger muscles though.
It is proven that for a beginner in muscular, these first two years, the diet does not interfere with the perfs. Of course, as part of a balanced diet.
If you want to lose money, do not hesitate, BSN thoroughly or other brand of course.
There is only in the context of the competition that you need a nutritional follow-up: I don’t see the point of supplementing yourself for 3-4 hours of muscle per week.
Eat well, and don’t forget the vegetables (too much forgotten like the fruits), and sprouts from the cast iron no more than an hour at the beginning, rest well in the evening (not like me right away
