Which vitamin for hair regrowth?
I am 48 years old (female) and I was operated on in the summer of 2004, hysterectomy with conservation of the ovaries. The previous year I had 2 miscarriages and a lot of bleeding. According to my doc, I am not menauposed and I have been taking iron for 2 years, so no anemia, but I have noticed for 2 months that I have lost a lot of hair. I bought B complex vitamins recently. Do you think I’ll see a change? Thank you for your answers
yes it’s a good idea, but you have to take them for a long time (2-3 months), why haven’t you taken a special dietary supplement such as forcapil, hair oenobiol, anacaps ..?
I was told that these drugs were all based on B vitamins and I notice that the supplement I bought is more potent it each contains 100g of vitB1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, acid folic.4mg, etc. Am I missing something you think?
Suffered amino acids (aa) that you can find in specialties like “cystine B6 bailleul”, the suffers aa are fundamental constituents of integuments and skin involved in the synthesis of keratin in hair and nails, functioning with the B6. Maybe a Zinc epu that you will find in specialties like “Rubozinc”
I am 21 years old and I am not losing my hair, but I would like to accelerate its growth, can I use these food supplements?
yes of course ^^ ur!
amino acids are not vitamins, but they are concentrated forms of protein you need to grow long hair
Vitamin E allows your hair to grow faster and healthier
zinc and selenium, both of which will allow the mane to strengthen the hair
