Yes I have tried 5htp, the active component in Griffonia with success. I had been having sleep cycle issues for years. I took it for 2 months a year ago and since then I fall asleep easily and have returned to a normal rhythm. I think I took 100mg and then 50mg 30 minutes before going to bed. Some heartburn as a side effect but nothing too bad. I found it cheap at first I don’t know where it didn’t work, then at SuperSmart, it’s expensive but it worked for me. I followed the information on this
Health and Organic site
Hello,
The best is to turn to the nearest herbalist’s shop if you have one in the area … Failing that, search among health food and organic products stores some may be competent to advise you and provide you with this.
Otherwise there are pharmacies and drugstores, not always the most competent in food supplements based on herbal medicine but that will prevent you from buying on the Internet abroad at “Supersmart” cited above …
In any case, try to see if the 5HTP content is guaranteed because it is indeed the active principle …
Hello, I was also tempted by griffonia but it seems that this type of plant, griffonia, St. John’s wort … acting a bit like chemical ADs would inactivate certain drugs including the birth control pill – which you better know all about. the same! – I was never really able to have confirmation. In the same spirit, I wonder if these plants have the same side effect on the libido (killed) as with the ADs which act on serotonin, if as much if less … and then conversely, I know very well that the doctors who defend tooth and nail deny all the side effects of their dear chemical ADs, but it is not normal to wonder if they do not also increase the risk of contraceptive accident?
