Who knows the juvamine “fat burning” product? Effective or not?
I would like to know if any of you have had the opportunity to test this product:

I take this “food supplement” to facilitate my muscle gain .. and lose some fat. I go twice a week to the swimming pool, to do water aerobics.
I don’t want to lose weight, strictly speaking, but just keep my weight in shape by having a more harmonious figure!
Do you think this is valid? I will also give you my opinion at the end of the 10 days.
For information, this product is a draining drink made from speech therapy, mate, guarana and green tea.
You have to dilute 50mL of the drink in 1L of water, and drink that during the day. The taste is not unpleasant, it looks like cold tea.
Only sport is enough
How do you burn fat?
This fat, often cursed when it is misplaced and in excess, is made up of lipids nicely and well housed in cells called adipocytes.
Lipids sometimes provide energy by turning into glucose which is almost the only fuel for all of our cells.
For this transformation to take place, there must be no more reserve glucose. However, we have between 300 and 500 g, in the form of glycogen stored in the liver and muscles. Which makes between 1,200 and 2,000 calories (1 g of glucose = 4 calories). Enough to last a long time, almost a whole day, before lipids kick in to provide energy.
Unless you burn more calories. And the only way to do that is to have a physical activity that causes you to release more of it than you absorb. In other words, by moving and playing sports.
It is the one and only way to burn your fat. No product, no food can substitute for physical activity.
But then … if I understand correctly
Are all food supplements absolutely useless? In any case, what can you find to lose weight?
200 mg of caffeine will make you burn approx. 20 kcal, and speech therapy which is a diuretic will make you urinate
Losing water does not make you lose weight
Physical activity or sport are much more effective

Thanks for your links! I’ll take a closer look.
It reassures me that swimming is a good way to burn calories. Unfortunately, I have a lumbar fracture so I can’t do much in sport. I can cycle (avoiding bumpy areas
) and gentle aqua aerobics (which I do very seriously myself!) And aquarunning.
Here is my recipe for burning fat with lemon:

Before knowing whether to use a fat burner or not, you must be interested in knowing if your diet is at the top.
Once that’s the case, you can go to a burner.
On the other hand, the avoided Juvamines, most of their supplements are hazardous in terms of dosages, I do not even understand what they are doing there. Perhaps the notoriety of seniority.
Go to your diet and “natural burners” then take if you want a caffeine type burner or green tea extract.
If you have a physical activity you can choose a burner + dosed.
I wrote some advice on my site on everything that revolves around this:

ps: there is also a test on the site in order to know if you possibly need a burner.
see you soon !
Juvamine is useless since it is necessary to observe a diet anyway. So why not go on a non-strict diet. For example, I was able to lose 10 pounds by eating everything, but just a little bit. the end goes away after three days and it suffices to continue like this. Vinegar burns fat, lemon etc. But the best is to eat everything but little. Gradually decrease.
