Worries and need for advice
Hello !
My darling wants to resume bodybuilding, because he wants to sculpt his body (especially his belly, because the gentleman has a little bun and he is very complexed with that). To help, he bought a lot of powder and other products on the Internet from a site specializing in food supplements for bodybuilding (Super Physique). There are jars of powders, protein bars and other capsules lying around all over the cupboards. I admit that it bothers me a bit but hey, I tell myself: these are only food supplements!
Except, the day before yesterday, he told me that he wanted to buy an anabolic product for a “cure” of 6 weeks. What worries me is that this product has to be taken by injection.
My darling tells me that he does not want a body built body, but a well defined and sculpted body, like for example the body of Taylor Lautner in “Twilight”:
In your opinion, is my darling starting to to be obsessed with your body? I know he has had some trouble and needs to release the tension right now. He wants to let off steam in the gym (he’s so complex and has his head so busy that he doesn’t touch me anymore). I don’t mind playing sports, but could ingesting all these products be dangerous for his health?
Thank you for your answers !
Kisses!
Before you start, you have to set achievable goals and be really motivated. It is impossible to significantly increase muscle mass in 1 month or even 6 months.
it is unnecessary for a newbie to bodybuilding to take protein powder. You must first learn to eat properly and discover your body. Taking protein powder when the rest of the diet is not ready is a mistake that risks “wasting” protein and especially your money.
In order to “build” muscle mass, you have to establish a complete bodybuilding program and follow a nutritional program adapted to your goal.
The best would be to
send to a room to have a program established by a pro
In the meantime, I give you a link with advice:

Thank you very much for the link and for your response to my topic. I’ll pass the info on to my darling. In fact, he is no newbie to strength training, but due to lack of time and money he had to quit a few months ago. For the moment, he is taking capsules which help him lose the abdominal fat he has stored and he has started jogging (1 hour every day). He told me he will attack the protein once the weightlifting resumes.
