I have often heard of the WW weight watchers diet.
I would like to know what it is exactly.
I weigh 52 kilos for 1m54 I would like to lose 4.5 kilos.

good evening, you should check out the WW posts, there is plenty of information. Basically, it’s a low-calorie diet (we calculate what we eat with points: you have a quota at the start depending on age, starting weight, gender, activity … and each food is worth a certain number of points) there are meetings everywhere that provide real support, cookbooks so that the whole family can eat in the same way and a system of economy for the exits and the gaps. you can see my information: I lost 12kgs in 3 months and a half without suffering too much …
