Xenadrine, reductil, sibutral … or any other weight loss products
I would like to “go on a diet” I put in quotes pcq I know that it is not a real diet but hey I am 1m70 for 68klg I would like to lose about 10.
Before I weighed 84klg I did a protein diet and I am dropped to 68 klg but it’s been a year since I stagnated and I still haven’t reached my goal, although I play sports it works more.
I would like to know if people in my case (that is to say who are not really overweight) have taken this kind of medication and if it works or not. I know that in general this kind of message does not please me too much, I try to form a precise opinion on these drugs to know if I will take them or not. Whether positive or negative please do not hesitate to let me know your opinion, if you do not want to speak about it in public you can send me an email on: elfic_anna_t@yahoo.fr Thank
you very much
Until my internet working normally all other testimonies are welcome
, Thanks to All
hello Olenska,
in terms of weight, you may be stagnating, but what about your figure? if you do a lot of sport, you lose fatty tissue, but you gain muscle (which is heavier than “fat”).
as for you, why don’t you go on a high protein diet again? if it worked well once, it may help you lose weight again. especially if I understood correctly that you have stabilized for a year.
on the other hand with regard to the products of which you speak they are rather suitable for obese people (which is not your case) and have significant side effects.
stay motivated!
good luck
I had been thinking about this pcq muscle problem for a while I reduced the pcq sport a bit I don’t want to be muscular I just wanted to lose a little weight but my doctor told me that another diet protein it would work less well and since it is quite expensive I did not want to try again.
In addition to the silhouette level I feel more my muscles compared to before but I still have a layer of fat on top of it finally I will think about it I have a bathroom scale which makes the difference between the mass of fat and the mass of muscle.
I’ll see it all and keep you posted
A +
I understand that you don’t want to look like Rambo lol, but I think that doing a little sport regularly is best to lose the fat mass that hides your muscles

Did your doctor explain to you why diet prot would work less well?
I don’t know how you kill physically or physiologically, but indeed, 1.70 m and 68 kg, I think that you should be able to reasonably lose 6-7 kg by redoing a diet hp and after stabilization.
where are you from?
if you want, don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss it.
ditto,
I went on a diet, it worked.
Now, I am super careful, because the slightest ecrat is fatal to me, I am still far from being with my objective, and the plans do not work any more …
So also, I look for a medoc.
That said, I think, to get prescribed, you have to be at a certain level of fat, or a certain BMI imc sup. at 30 I believe to be prescribed.
So, can I have some anyway …..
and what?
Thank you
when dieting, there is a period (often 2-3 weeks after starting the diet) when the weight stagnates. you have to increase your energy expenditure (3/4 of an hour of walking per day is enough) to once again unbalance the energy balance towards the negative (contributions <expenditure) to lose weight again.
“fat burning” pills and others, that’s not everything.
It may be good to start a diet, but at the end, when the last pounds to lose, it is not a solution. on the contrary, it is necessary to help the loss of those last kilos through sport.
I’ve been taking slim perfect for a week now and unlike what I’ve said I haven’t lost any kilograms.
i would like to try xenadrine does it really work?
Hello,
Reductil – Xenical effective in the short term!
In Belgium. A federal study evaluates the medical management of excess weight.
Subtitle of the article from which the passage below is taken: “Prescribed drugs are not very effective.” Surgery is more so, but it must be supervised ”(only severe obesity can justify surgery).
“Ineffective drugs.
The patient who is prescribed Reductil (sibutramine), Xenical (orlistat) and soon
Acomplia (rimonabant) loses, on average, 3 to 4 kg … after two years of treatment. And “the weight lost thanks to these drugs is regained in the year following the end of the treatment”, notes the Belgian federal study. Under these conditions, the experts urge the public authorities not to offer the benefit of reimbursement for these growing specialties (more than 258,000 boxes prescribed, in 2004, in Belgium) ”.
