And yes I am new to this site and I am going … Having had major health concerns, knee and ankle, operations etc., I stayed for 5 months without going out or doing any physical activity. .. results + 17kg … and yes … it does not happen to others … I am thinking of starting a Weigth Watchers diet at the beginning of January 2010, but first I would like to use a fat burner or appetite suppressant to start to melt a little … What are your exp? Did you use ZANTREX 3 or XENADRINE?
I read the positive and negative comments and I keep quiet … what would you do in my place?
