ZMA + BCAA
I am posting this message since being a beginner in bodybuilding (6 months), in order to pass the gendarmerie competitions, I need to sharpen myself a little and therefore only gain muscle mass and strength. I specify that I measure 1m80 for 68 kilos only. Not being of age, whey is rejected by my parents but I managed to negotiate to combine BCAA amino acids from Scitec Nutrition & amp; the ZMA of the same brand. Could someone tell me if this combination is effective? Or if you know of food supplements (not harmful to health) allowing to obtain good results, I would like to take it . Thanking you.
The protein intake comes from my daily healthy diet which is varied. For the ZMA it is one of the properties that I saw which speaks of an improvement in sleep but according to what I have read it allows in the medium / short term to improve a little its strength because it is allows a small improvement in testosterone levels.
After all what I read is based on product descriptions and reviews on some forums but I post here because I know this forum is one of the best (for me).
Sinan apart, would you have a proposal instead of totally rejecting what I thought was good?
